Dr. Rosalyn Saunders

Hailing from the breathtaking landscapes of the Bahamas, Dr. Saunders embodies a spirit of resilience and devotion, that shines brightly through her multifaceted roles as a wife, a mother, a friend, and a proud grandmother. With roots firmly grounded in her faith, she is a dedicated servant of the Lord, her life illuminated by the guiding words of Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me."

Dr. Saunders' journey of service and ministry has been one of profound commitment and compassion. Educated in both the Bahamas and the United States, she holds degrees in Psychology and Nursing, including a Doctorate from the esteemed University of Alabama at Birmingham. Alongside her husband, Pastor Gregory Saunders, she has tirelessly devoted herself to the ministry, embodying love and kindness in all her interactions.

She is the founder of the Morning Manna Atlanta Prayer Line Ministry, a beacon of hope and solace for countless souls over the past 11 years. Driven by a fervent belief in the power of prayer, she sees it as the very breath of the soul, refusing to live without its guiding presence.

As Chair of the Newsletter, "The Illuminator," for the North American Division of Seventh Day Adventist Faith Community Nurse’s Association, Dr. Saunders tirelessly works to unite and empower fellow healthcare professionals in their shared mission of service. Her activism for social justice, her contributions to women's ministry, and her hands-on work in impoverished communities reflect her unwavering commitment to bringing light and hope to those in need.

From implementing "Rapid Response Teams" to personally visiting the sick and praying with them, Dr. Saunders' impact knows no bounds. An advocate for holistic health, she practices what she preaches, embracing the 8 laws of health and enjoying outdoor activities, reading, writing, singing, and cooking with equal enthusiasm. Above all, Dr. Saunders' goal is simple yet profound: to partner with the Master of souls in the salvation of all God's children, including herself and her cherished family, in the kingdom to come.
